RETURNS POLICY

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Tick Tick Watches purchase, we understand that there are instances in which you may change your mind. Please find information below for full returns and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging and box.
  • All watches must be returned in the same condition as received-in their original packaging, with any manuals, warranty cards and extras included within it.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • All refunds and exchanges must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear or tear
  • Parts of the item or packaging are missing
  • Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed

Faulty Items

We have a strict quality checking process in place. However, in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, you will need to inform us of the fault within 72 hours of receiving the order. You will then need to return the faulty item to us within 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear or tear
  • Parts of the item or packaging are missing
  • Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed

Refund

We endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible. Once we have received your item and your return has been processed, you will be refunded to the original payment method you used when the order was placed. Please allow up to 14 days for this to be debited to your account.

How to Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange your item please contact us via email at contact@ticktockatch.co.uk requesting a refund or exchange.

Please return your parcel to us via a tracked postal service to our registered address and include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return or exchange. Please note, we cannot offer a refund or exchange without a valid receipt.
