Our Price Match Guarantees that if you find a lower price advertised elsewhere, we will match it. We are confident that we always offer the best deals so if you find better let us know and we will match the price, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The watch is identical to ours in brand, colour, size and model number. It must not be damaged or pre-owned
• The goods must be offered with the same delivery service and warranty as WEBSITE.
• The watch must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
• The price match cannot be used in conjunction with an external promotion or discount offer eg discount code or voucher offered on a third party website
• The price match will not apply if there are hidden costs such as delivery
• The price match will only apply if the offer is in writing eg clearly stated on an online retail website
• The seller must be a legitimate company with a company or VAT number and not an individual selling on an auction site such as Ebay
• Tick Tick Watches cannot apply the price match promise if the seller is in administration or closing down.
• Watches sold as part of a discount bundle such as ‘buy one get one free’ will not be eligible for the Price Match Guarantee.

Subject to the above terms being met, just simply email us on EMAIL with the watch and model details and a link to the relevant product page. It may take us up to 72 hours to verify the price match. Once verified your purchase with us must be made within 7 days.
