 1. Are Your Watches Genuine?

Yes, all our watches are 100% genuine and authentic. We source our products directly from the brands themselves or via reputable wholesalers. We can therefore 100% guarantee the authenticity of every watch we sell. All our watches arrive with official packaging and documentation.

 

2. Are Your Watches Supplied With Original Boxes?

Yes, all our watches are brand new and supplied with official and original brand boxes exactly as you would receive them from a reputable high street retailer. We do not sell loose or unboxed watches.

 

3. Where Do You Get Your Watches From?

Tick Tick Watches only stock 100% genuine items, bought from trusted and reputable watch distributors and wholesalers.

 

4. Why Are Your Prices So Low?

Tick Tick Watches has well established and trusted relationships with a number of wholesale partners. Through these relationships, this allows us to secure great savings and substantial discounts which we in turn pass on to our customers.

 

5. Do You Sell Second Hand Watches?

No. We only sell 100% brand new and boxed watches.

 

6. Are All Your Watches Actually Held In Stock?

At Tick Tick Watches all of our watches listed in our shop are held in stock. We ship our watches directly from the stock we already hold so you can be assured of speedy delivery.

 

7. Are Batteries Included in the Watches?

Yes, this is fitted in by the manufacturer so your watch is ready to wear when you receive it.

 

8. Who Do You Use To Ship Your Item?

We use DPD and DHL to ship your order to you. You will receive a tracking number on your shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched, so you can always track your item when it’s on the move. All items are fully insured for any loss or damages for peace of mind.

 

9. What If Nobody Is At Home To Accept My Parcel, What Will Happen To It?

Our delivery courier will leave you a calling card, informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be details of a local depot where your parcel will be held. You can contact the courier with your tracking number directly to rearrange delivery or you can collect your parcel from your local depot. You will need identification and the card to collect your parcel.

 

10. Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Tick Tick Watches offer worldwide shipping. All items are fully insured for any loss or damages for peace of mind.

 

11. Do I have To Pay Import Charges If I Am Not In The UK?

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may be subject to additional costs such as Customs and Tax Regulations, depending on the designated country. Please get in touch or contact your local customs office for more information.

 

12. My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet, What Do I Do?

We always endeavour to ensure you receive your items on time, however, at times there may be occasional postage delays. Particularly with international orders as it may depend on the speed of your local postal carrier or possible local public holidays. If you believe your order hasn’t arrived on time, please contact us.

 

13. Does The Item Come With Warranty?

Yes all items carry either a direct manufacturer’s warranty for 1,2 or 3 years or alternatively for brands we are third party stockists for our own 2 year seller warranty. Our warranty is a mirror of the original manufacturer warranty. If there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement we will repair or replace the watch.

Tick Tick Watches cover your warranty within the first 30 days from the date you placed the order. We will cover all postage costs. If a warranty claim is made after 30 days, the customer is liable for postage costs.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, straps, loss of stones or the plating/colour. If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us and we will assist you.

Warranty repairs will take 5-28 days depending on the fault. We do not stamp warranty booklets.

 

14. What If My Watch Stops Working Or Is Faulty?

If the movement on your watch stops working within your warranty period, please contact us first so we can provide you with return instructions and then return it at your earliest convenience. We recommend that you use a tracked postal service to ensure the watch is not lost in the post.

 

15. What If I Receive A Watch And Do Not Like It?

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Tick Tick Watches purchase and we understand that there are instances in which you may change your mind. If upon receiving your watch you change your mind, please contact us first so we can provide you with return instructions. We recommend that you return your item back to us via a tracked postal service for a full refund. All we ask is that the watch is returned to us unworn and in it’s original packaging. 16. When Will I Be Refunded?

We endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible. Once we have received your item and your return has been processed, you will be refunded to the original payment method you used when the order was placed. Please allow up to 14 days for this to be debited to your account. Peak holidays and who you bank with may impact the time it takes for the refund to be debited back into your account.

We’re confident you’ll love your watch. However, if for any reason, you’re unhappy with your purchase, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We don’t keep our customers waiting around at Tick Tick Watches. If an item is shown as being in stock on our website, then it’s ready to be dispatched as soon as you place your order. Every item is fully tracked.
