DELIVERY POLICY

Standard Delivery FREE Orders over £50, UK Destinations Only. 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery £5 UK Destinations Only
International Delivery Calculated at Checkout May be subject to additional costs as specified by designated country

 

We offer a Free Standard Delivery service on all orders over £50. All orders on the Standard Delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch by Tick Tick Watches. You can upgrade your delivery service at the checkout stage to our Next Day Delivery or Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Service subject to conditions.

You will receive an order confirmation once you have placed your order and a further email once your order has been dispatched so that you know it’s on its way. This email will contain the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track your order online right through to your door.

If no one is at home when the order is delivered, our delivery partners will leave you a card where there will be details of your local sorting office/ depot where your parcel is being held. You can either arrange re-delivery directly with the courier or collect this from your local sorting office/ depot.

Standard Delivery Service

All orders purchased before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2-3 days on the Standard Delivery Service. Any orders purchased after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day excluding weekends. We offer free standard delivery on purchases over £50. Any orders under £50 will be charged £ for delivery

Next Day Delivery Service

All orders purchased before 09:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered on the next working day (please note orders purchased before 09:00 on Friday will be delivered on Monday). Any orders purchased after 09:00 will be dispatched the next working day and delivered on the following working day. For orders purchased after 09:00 Thursday on our Next Day Delivery Service, this will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday. Any items purchased after 09:00 Friday, will be shipped Monday for delivery Tuesday. We do not offer next day service on weekends.

Bank Holiday & Public Holidays Deliveries

Over Bank Holidays or any other Public Holiday, Tick Tick Watches and our delivery partners do not operate or deliver on these days. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period and this will override any express delivery service you have paid for at the checkout. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. Our normal services will resume on the next working day.

International Delivery

We will dispatch your order the same day if purchased before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Please note any orders purchased after 1pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the following working day. Any items purchased after 1pm Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.  Delivery time for international orders vary and is approximately 7-10 working days.

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional costs such as Customs and Tax Regulations depending on the designated country. Any additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Late Deliveries

We are sorry if we are late delivering your order. We appreciate that this can be an inconvenience. We always endeavour to deliver your purchases on time, however, on the rare occasions your order is late please contact us on contact@ticktockwatch.co.uk. On rare occasions, orders may be delayed due to extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather, in those instances we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for delays.

Lost Deliveries

Tick Tick Watches use secure delivery couriers using tracked and signed for services. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions orders may be lost in transit. Under these circumstances please contact us at contact@ticktockwatch.co.uk and we will promptly try to locate your parcel and have it delivered to you. You may also contact the delivery service directly with the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation. We cannot refund or replace orders until the delivery courier has confirmed it is lost. Once the courier tracking confirmation has confirmed that the order has been delivered and signed for, we are unable to accept any liability.
